　　中国证券报记者从业内人士处了解到，目前市场关注火电容量电价改革政策预期，火电企业有望在该政策的刺激下增厚利润。　　优质房企优先选择并购合作方项目的背后，一是合作项目中不同主体主要诉求不同，决策效率相对较低，可能会导致项目销售进程较慢，若由一方收购其余合作方股权，会加快项目变现速度；二是上市房企股权融资及多种融资渠道打开后，部分融资能力较强的房企正在加快资产换仓，退出低能级城市资产，加码对高能级城市的投资。
